I love the show guys! Really fun and informative! I have just one note on the fifth episode. You mention that Joe Kennedy made his fortune as a bootlegger. This idea that this is how Joe Kennedy made his fortune is largely a myth and has never been proven, Most of his wealth came from stock manipulation and the merger of Hollywood production companies. While Joe Kennedy and the Kennedy family definitely have numerous faults I felt I should point this fact out. Again I love the show. Keep it up!
Yeah I’m aware that the official story is that Kennedy Snr wasn’t involved with the mob. BUT…. Frank Costello & Joe Bonanno both said he was. And then you have the Teamsters getting behind JFK’s campaign and his subsequent assassination when he wouldn’t invade Cuba to get their casinos back from Castro. And would it really be surprising that evidence would be hard to find, considering one of his sons was President for three years and another was the Attorney General? But lack of evidence isn’t evidence, as I’m always telling Christians. I still think the testimony from Costello and Bonanno is worth something though. Why would they make it up?
